What can I say? Justina is simply amazing, and I would recommend her without hesitation. I recently purchased a home and she was there for me every step of the way. Not sure how I would have done it without her. She is extremely knowledgeable, smart, kind, thoughtful, experienced, and perhaps the best negotiator I've ever met, which, let's face it - in this industry, is crucial. She is also patient, grounded, easy to work with, and has her clients' backs - a rarity! For example, on more than one occasion, when I was growing impatient and pretty much willing to settle, she talked me out of making offers on places she thought weren't the right fit for me and my family. She encouraged me to be patient. She also has a great eye and sense of visual design, and offers great suggestions on how to transform a property, whether it's knocking some walls out, switching out lighting fixtures, or redoing floors or paint colors. Justina is simply the best is gets. Buying a house in the bay is not easy, and I was in an even trickier situation, in that I was also abroad for a big part of my search. Justina stuck it out with me, previewed homes for me and sent video content, was tenacious with her searches and going to bat with listing agents, used her connections to get extra information about seller expectations at every turn, and to top it all off was just a great person to be around.
Justina is not just an agent, she's a partner in helping you find what's right for you. I never felt pressure - on the contrary, Justina was often the first to point out all the flaws in a place, and was a serious voice of reason when I got a buyer's crush on a place (something a lot of new buyers need!). I recently worked with Justina to purchase a new home in Marin. Initially I was certain that San Francisco was where I should live. Justina began the process by introducing me to various neighborhoods in the city, asking questions to understand my goals, and quickly intuited my preferred aesthetic and lifestyle. After listening closely and observing my responses to various properties, she asked if I'd considered Marin county, particularly Mill Valley. A good agent can sense what their clients need and Justina's perception is uncanny . . . we began touring in Mill Valley and I fell in love. I found the literal home of my dreams and I could not be happier. Without Justina's intuition and guidance, I would have chosen a house that worked, but would never have found a true home.
Justina is forthright and honest. She will always provide a candid assessment, even if it results in many more hours of work for her. During our transaction she acted with speed, thoughtfulness and integrity. She is a tireless worker, and an intelligent and shrewd negotiator. She understands people and has an amazing ability to predict their responses/reactions.
After closing the purchase, I assumed that Justina's job was complete, until she assisted in obtaining contractor and interior design references, internet, security, cleaning and garbage services. She didn't disappear as soon as we closed, as many agents do.
I have worked with many different agents in purchases and sales of real estate over the last 20 years. Justina is the best I've seen. She offers an authentic connection with all of her clients - it shows in her work - she approaches it with the same regard as she would in her own dealings.

Justina is worth her weight in gold as a buyers agent in a tough market like San Francisco. Looking for a warehouse property in SoMa is swimming with sharks but Justina worked amazingly hard to find the place I can now call home. A place that was off the market and with an incredibly complex settlement process. What I liked most is that she won't settle for just doing a task well and move along, in her own time and by her own initiative she'll go back over what she's done to identify new angles that could improve my outcome. She is one of the hardest working people I've met, but more importantly she gets RESULTS. Justina is an exceptionally hard worker and does all of the legwork to make what can be a difficult and complicated process as easy as possible.
In my most recent experience with her as a seller, Justina took care of everything from market research to recommending a competitive selling price, to sourcing and installing new light fixtures to update my condo, hiring painters, cleaners, and stagers before putting my place on the market. She even worked with my HOA to make sure all of our seller docs (CCRs, board minutes, etc.) were complete and ready for interested parties. She would run all of this by me and then once approved, get it done.
Justina is always looking out for the best interests of her clients, going so far as to make sure my husband and I were aware of potential tax implications on the sale of our property and recommending that we talk to a CPA to make sure we were able to maximize any gains from the sale of our property.
In addition, she knew I was expecting a baby pretty close to our close of our escrow date and made sure that I was able to sign my title transfer paperwork in advance so I wouldn't need to worry about it later on. As it turns out, my baby ended up arriving ten days early and we signed our paperwork just six hours before I went into labor! The timing couldn't have been better!
